1. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account using Google or Microsoft Authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Service Overview

Session Sense uses data from your connected calendars to provide time-cost insights, productivity reports, and analytics around your meetings.

• The Service accesses your calendar in read-only mode with your permission.
• We do not store or analyze calendar event content (such as descriptions or notes) unless automated cost-syncing features are enabled.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription plans are managed via our secure payment partners.
• Free trial periods last for 7 days, after which an upgrade to a paid plan is required to maintain access.
• We do not store credit card information locally.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• To upload or share malicious software, spam, or unauthorized commercial content.
• To disrupt or interfere with the performance or security of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Service—including logos, designs, reports, and analytics—are owned or licensed by Session Sense and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Changes and Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
